SE Carmichael was founded as a sole trader in August 1994, working predominantly in the North Lorn area of Argyll.

From the beginning our aim was to provide quality and comfort to our clients and so we were delighted to register with NHBC (National House Building Council) in 1999 as our core business was on the new build element of construction.  All our homes have to meet a strict level of quality in order to be comply with NHBC and benefit from a 10 year warranty.

As our business grew we took the decision in 2005 to become a limited company.
